Unpacking the machine
Check the contents of any possible transport dam-
age. In case of a damage, inform immediately the
forwarding agent. Check the contents for complete-
ness. Inform immediately the dealer in case of any
missing parts.
The complete machine is shipped in one single car-
ton box. Any additional parts that have to be attached
to the machine, must be identified before starting
the assembly.

Attention! Device must be unplugged from mains
during any retooling or assembly work
Install the jointing bracket (A) with 2 inner hexagon
bolts (B) M5x20mm to the side wall of the jointing
table.

Postion the endstop at a 90 ° angle, and clamp it in
place with the toggle screw (H). Now place the cross-
slotted screw (F) against the endstop and secure it
with the nut. Then position the endstop at 45° and
clamp it in place with the clamping screw (H). Next,
place the allen screw (G) against the endstop and
secure it with the nut.
Now check both brackets with a sample and re-justify
the scale if required.

The stop rail (C) in the area of the stop bolt (E) can
be displaced by loosening the clamping lever (D).

The clamping handle (J) serves the purpose of lifting
and fixing the planer shaft guard (K)
Putting into operation
Attention! Device must be unplugged from mains

Dust extraction Fig. 6,7
When used in enclosed rooms, the machine must be
connected to a dust extractor unit.
Connecting the dust extractor for surface planing:
• Set the thicknessing table to the lowest position
and push the suction connector into the machine
until both switching pins (I) can slide into the
mortises (H) (Fig. 6).

ilave parça, montaja başlamadan önce belirlenmelidir.

Bağlantı braketini (A) 2 adet M5x20mm iç altıgen
cıvata (B) ile birlikte bağlantı tablasının yan duvarına
takın.
Düzeltme tahdidinin kenara yaslanması Şekil 4
Tahdidi 90 ° açıya getirin ve kelebek vidayla (H) ye-
rine kelepçeleyin. Şimdi, çapraz yarıklı vidayı (F)
tahdidin karşısına yerleştirin ve somunla sabitleyin.
Sonra, tahdidi 45° açıya getirin ve kelepçeleme
vidasıyla (H) yerine kelepçeleyin. Ardından, alyan
vidayı (G) tahdidin karşısına yerleştirin ve somunla
sabitleyin.
Her iki braketi bir örnekle kontrol edin ve gerekirse
cetveli yeniden yaslayın.

çekme birimine bağlanmalıdır.
• Yüzey düzleme için toz çekme birimini bağlama:
• Kalınlık ayarlama tablasını en alçak konu-
ma ayarlayın ve her iki anahtarlama pimi (I)
zıvanaların (H) (Şekil 6) içine girebilene kadar
emme bağlantısını itin.
