• "Welding gun has been changed (visualization)"
 Update status output  "Echo welding gun has been changed
(visualization)"
When the respective input signal is detected, the corresponding counters will be
reset, the status outputs will be updated and an echo will be output. These
routines will be only be served if the changes in the respective inputs occur in the
sequence-free time (prior to start or after reset of weld complete) of the timer.

7.1.13 Status/monitorig result

When an error message is detected, it is output as status number at the outputs
5.00 through 5.15. Status "0" means no message.
If set point and actual values are part of this message, the percentage deviation
of the actual value from the set point value is output through the outputs
„Deviation (bit 0)" through "Deviation (bit 7)". In case of deviations greater than
127%, the figure 127% will be output.
7.1.14 Input „Ghost Run" on serial input 1.14
The wear counter basically are not incremented in schedules without ignition.
After execution of a schedule without ignition, all wear counters are incremented
as a schedule with ignition signal set at "Ghost Run".
NOTICE: The plant operator must ensure by dressing of electrodes that the wear
counter corresponds to the actual state of the electrode cap after finishing the
Ghost run operation.
Otherwise this could lead to problems with the stepper (KSR mode) and the
dynamic tolerance bands (UIR mode).
7.1.15 Input „No start inhibit" on serial input 1.15
For a usual operation of the input must be set.
If the input "no start inhibit" is not set, when starting a sequence via the serial
I/O field, an error message is issued and the sequence is aborted.
The error will not be triggered when the start comes as soft start of the user
interface.
If the input is reset during a schedule, the schedule will be carried out to the end
without error message.
The fault is not acknowledged automatically. The fault must be reset via the input
or the command "Reset fault" or "Reset fault with WC".
A reset via the input or the command "Reset fault with reweld" is only accepted by
the control, if the "No start inhibit" is set. If there is no input, neither of the extra
sequence is started nor a fault is cleared.
