1 Replacing the switch
NOTICE
• Spare part set 780.2190.1 is required to replace the switch and make any other repairs.
• All switch unit components must be disassembled and replaced.
Individual components cannot be used for other purposes.
• Replace and install the switch unit as described in these instructions.
1 Replacing the switch
NOTICE
• Only qualified personnel are permitted to perform work on the device or system.
• Consult the documentation for the welding components.
• The following tools are required to replace the switch:
Allen key SW 2, Allen key SW 2.5,
fork wrench SW 12 and ring wrench SW 14.
• In general, we recommend use of the spring changing device 780.2093.1.
Use of a suitable device makes alignment and assembly significantly easier.
