Truck-mounted charging system
Fault
No LEDs lit.
Yellow LED is lit, red and green LED do not
light when camera or battery is placed in
charger.
Batteries do not fully charge.

Cause
External in-line fuse is blown.
No power available.
Positive power lead not connected to the
positive terminal.
No batteries installed in the camera.
Bad connection to camera or battery.
Power source is noisy.

Remedy
Replace fuse.
Check power source.
Check that lead is connected correctly.
Verify that there are good batteries in the
camera.
Make sure charger contacts are clean and
unbent. A small amount of contact cleaner
(e.g. WD-40) can be used to clean charger
and camera or battery charging contacts.
Reseat firmly to ensure connection.
Ensure that power hookup cable is
connected to a clean power source without
excessive voltage spikes.
