12 Installation

The installation and cabling of SimpleTrim must be done by qualified personnel
only.
1. In the instrument panel, find a position which is clearly visible to all pilots. Make a cut-out
according to the following drawing:
Hereby, sufficient space must be foreseen to fit a screwdriver. The device can be installed in
horizontal (for aileron or rudder trim) or vertical direction (elevator trim).
2. Unmount the mounting bracket from the device.
3. Insert the device from the front side into the instrument panel until it fits flush.
4. Press the mounting bracket against the rear of the panel and lock it with the included screws:
For disassembly, repeat these steps in reverse order.
