Step 29: Assemble the Octagon drum. Take the (4) 3" wheels and secure
to Octagon drum base panel using (8) 3/8"*OD23*2t flat washers and (4)

3/8" hex nuts. Use the flat wrench provided to fasten tightly. Set this aside
to use later.
