To maintain water-resistance, do not press any buttons under water.
The watch may be cleaned with a cloth and mild soap in warm water.
Rinse the watch with fresh water after exposure to salt water.
The battery should provide several years of normal watch use. The actu-
al battery life may vary depending on actual use.
When the battery is depleted, have it replaced promptly. For battery
replacement, please visit an authorized TX dealer or service centre. For

Thank you for purchasing this TX™ timepiece. TX Watch Company, Inc. has put all its
expertise and care into the design and development of your watch and we trust that
it will give you long and reliable service. This booklet provides all the necessary infor-
mation needed for watch repair and service.
Your TX timepiece is warranted against manufacturing defects by TX Watch
Company, Inc. for a period of two years from the original purchase date. This inter-
national warranty will be honored by TX and its worldwide affiliates.
Please note that TX Watch Company, Inc. may, at its discretion, replace rather than
repair your watch with an identical or similar model. IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE
THAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DEFECTS OR DAMAGES TO YOUR
WATCH IN THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
1) after the warranty period expires;

2) if the watch was not originally purchased from an authorized TX retailer;
3) from repair and services not performed by an authorized service center;
4) from accidents, tampering or abuse;
5) crystal, strap or bracelet, watch case, attachments or battery. TX Watches,
Inc. may charge you for replacing any of these parts.
THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND
IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PUR-
POSE. TX WATCH COMPANY, INC. IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some countries and states do not allow limita-
tions on implied warranties and do not allow exclusions or limitations on damages,
so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal
rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from country to country and
state to state.
To obtain warranty service, please return your timepiece to TX Watch Company, Inc.,
or to the authorized retailer where your watch was purchased. Please include the
completed original Watch Repair Coupon or, in the U.S. and Canada only, a written
statement with your name, address, telephone number and copy of receipt with date
and place of purchase.
NEVER INCLUDE ANY OTHER ARTICLE OF PERSONAL VALUE WITH YOUR
WATCH RETURN.
