4.1. Anschluss der Ablaufschläuche
Um eine gute Verteilung zu erreichen, ist die richtige
Schlauchanordnung sehr wichtig.
Die Schläuche müssen so angeschlossen
werden, dass bei jeder Rotorstellung etwa
gleichlange Schläuche beschickt werden.
Bei Kreuzrotoren sollen alle 4 Abgänge des Rotors
etwa gleichlange Schläuche beschicken.
Bei Teilbreitenschaltung sollten die Kugelhähne so
angeordnet werden, dass höchstens jeder zweite
Schlauch verschlossen wird.
Vorgehensweise:
Die Schlauchnummern gemäß Anschlussplan an die
Abgänge am Lochverteiler schreiben, dabei hinten
am Verteiler anfangen und von oben gesehen im
Uhrzeigersinn vorgehen.
Die Abgänge am Ausbringgerät (z.B.
Schleppschlauchgestänge) von links nach rechts
fortlaufend durchnumerieren.
Schläuche vom Verteiler zum Gerät verlegen und
anschließen. (Meistens ist es am einfachsten in der
Mitte des Ausbringgerätes zu beginnen.)

4.1. Connecting the discharge hoses
To attain good distribution, it is very important to
arrange the hoses correctly.
The hoses should always be connected in such a
way that in every position of the rotor only hoses of
about the same length are fed.
In cross rotors all 4 rotor outlets must always feed
hoses of about the same length
In partial width switching, the ball valves should be
distributed in a way, so that at most every second
hose is closed.
Procedure:
Write the numbers of the hoses on to the connecting
plan to the distributor head by starting at the back
and going on in clockwise direction.
Number the connections at the spreading machine
(e.g. dribble bar or injector) consecutively starting on
the left side.
Lay hoses from the distributor head to the spreading
machine and connect them. (Often the simplest way
is to start in the middle of the spreading machine.)
