Erstbenutzung/Inbetriebnahme

Der Einsatz des DOSIMAT ist an Pump-, Vakuum- und
Schleudertankwagen möglich.
Empfohlene Durchflussmenge:
normaler Rotor
extra breiter Rotor
super breiter Rotor
Kreuzrotor (zweireihig) 2.000 l/min – 4.000 l/min
Sternrotor
(je nach Gülleart können die Durchflussmengen
abweichen)
Erforderlicher Druck bei Vakuumtankwagen:
ca. 1 bar
Optimale Rotordrehzahl: 320 – 380 U/min
Der DOSIMAT muss eingeschaltet werden, bevor er mit
dem Medium durchströmt wird.
Um einen reibungslosen Betrieb zu gewährleisten, muss
vermieden werden, dass Steine, Metallteile oder
sonstige nicht schneidbare Fremdkörper in den
DOSIMAT gelangen.
Vermeiden Sie längeren Trockenlauf des DOSIMAT
( extrem erhöhter Verschleiß).
Bei extremen Faserstoffanteilen kann die
Schneidwirkung durch die regelmäßige Umkehr der
Drehrichtung verbessert werden. Außerdem kann die
Vorspannung erhöht werden (siehe Kap. 5.2). Bei
Extremmedien wie z.B. Hühnergülle mit hohem
Federanteil kann das 10 mm dicke Vorspannelement
(TGD.004) entfernt werden, sodass nur das 1 mm dicke
Element (DFD.044) verbleibt (siehe Ersatzteil-Liste).
Dadurch verkürzt sich jedoch der Nachstellintervall.
Ist der DOSIMAT an ein doppeltwirkendes Steuergerät
angeschlossen, so darf dieses bei hoher Rotordrehzahl
niemals schlagartig auf "Sperrstellung" gestellt werden.
Wenn möglich sollte immer von "Betrieb" auf
"Schwimmstellung" geschaltet werden.
Sollte der DOSIMAT nicht anlaufen oder während des
Betriebes stehen bleiben:
1.) Güllezufuhr sofort unterbrechen!
Vakuumtankwagen:

druckseitigen 3-Wege-Hahn auf „Fassfüllen" stellen.
2.) Hydraulik-Antrieb reversieren, evtl. mehrfach, bis die
Störung aufgehoben ist. Sollte der DOSIMAT trotzdem
nicht anlaufen, Motor abstellen, Steuergerät auf
„Schwimmstellung" stellen und Störung beheben.

4. Using the DOSIMAT for the first time /
start-up
The DOSIMAT can be used on pump, vacuum and
centrifugal tankers.
Recommended rate of flow:
normal rotor
extra wide rotor
super wide rotor
cross rotor (double-row) 2,000 l/min – 4,000 l/min
star rotor
(Rates of flow may deviate, depending on the type of
liquid manure)
Required pressure in the vacuum tankers:
approx. 1 bar
Optimum rotor rotational speed: 320 – 380 rpm
The DOSIMAT must be switched on before the
medium is admitted into it.
To ensure smooth operation, it is important to prevent
foreign bodies which cannot be cut, such as stones,
bits of metal etc., getting into the DOSIMAT.
Avoid the DOSIMAT from running dry for a long time
(would lead to extremely increased wear)
If there are extreme proportions of fibrous material, the
cutting effect can be improved by the regular reversial
of the direction of rotation. The preload can also be
increased (see chapter 5.2). In case of extreme
mediums, for example chicken liquid manure, remove
the 10 mm thick preload element (TGD.004) and only
keep the 1mm thick element (DFD.044) (see list of
spare parts).
Readjusting will then have to be done slightly more
frequently however.
If the DOSIMAT is connected to a double-acting
control unit, never set it suddenly into "blocking"
position if the rotor is rotating at a high speed. If
possible, always switch from "operation" to "floating"
position.
In case of a DOSIMAT blocking or stall during
operation:
1.) Cut off slurry supply immediately!
Vacuum tanker: Close operation valve
Pump tanker:
pressurized 3-way cock onto "filling" position.
2.) Reverse hydraulic drive several times if possible,
until trouble is passed. If the DOSIMAT is still blocking,
turn off the engine, switch control unit onto "floating"
position and repair failures.
