Assembly

Before assembly, take a close look at the individual assembly steps shown and carry out the
assembly in the order given.

First loosely screw all parts together and check that they fit properly. Tighten the screws using
the tool only when you are instructed to do so.
1. Remove the cap (C) from the base (A and B) and fill the base (A
and B) with dry sand.
3. Attach the bottom bracket (D) to the spring (F) and mount it to the
base (A and B) with eight screws (E).
4. Mount the punching bag (H) to the spring (F) with four screws (G).
5. Slide the foam cover (I) over the spring set below the punching bag
(H).

2. Screw the cap (C) back onto the base (A and B).
࣑ ATTENTION
To avoid damage to the device, do not
press or bend the punching bag element
over an angle of 30°. Failure to do so may
void the warranty.
