4. Getting Started
Open the battery compartment (6) and insert two AA batteries with the correct polarity. Close the battery
compartment.

5. Operation

5.1 Automatic date/time setting using the DCF signal
After the batteries are inserted, the display is switched on and an acoustic signal sounds for 2 seconds. The
clock automatically searches for the radio signal. This process can take 3 to 5 minutes. When the wireless
signal is received, the date and time are automatically set and the radio icon
automatically receives the time code every hour.
If the clock is unable to receive a time signal wirelessly, the time/temperature are displayed and the radio icon
is not visible. In this case, you can set the time manually.
5.2. Manually setting the time
Press MODE (5) for 3 seconds in the time/temperature display to set the system date and time. The
disappears. However, if you are within the range of the radio signal, the clock will automatically try to receive
the radio signal.

Note
• If no key is pressed within 30 seconds, it will exit the Manual Time Setting Mode and go back to
Time/Temperature Display without the data update
• During any setting mode, press and hold
5.3 12/24-hour display format
Press the
button (3) to switch between the 12 and 24-hour formats. In the 12-hour format, AM or PM
appears before the time.

5.4 Selecting the temperature/Alarm 1/Alarm 2/two-time mode display
• If you press the MODE button (5), the time for ALARM 1 is displayed.
• If you press the MODE button (5) again, the time for ALARM 2 is displayed.
• If you press the MODE button (5) again, the second time is displayed.
• If you press the MODE button (5) again, the temperature is displayed
5.5 Calendar
To change the weekday display from one language to another language, press
display will show the current language.
EN = for English
FR = for French
Press & hold the
key for 2 seconds to toggle to the other languages.

Setting Alarm 1
• In the Alarm 1 Display: Press MODE (5) for about 3 seconds.
