Heavy Duty magnetically dampened compensator eliminates error by quickly self-
leveling the laser.
Out-of-leveling range sensor triggers the beams to automatically blinks when the
unit is moved out of its ±3,5° self-leveling range.
4. INITIAL OPERATION
2] To activate the unit unlock the compensator by turning knob [1] anti-clockwise
3] To activate the laser beams press buttons 2,3,4 äs required:
- HL = Horizontal line. Press once to activate the Left horizontal line.
Press again to activate the Right horizontal line. Both beams are now on.
Press for a third time to switch both beams off
- VL = Vertical line. Press once to activate the Left vertical line. Press
again to activate the Centre vertical line. Press again to activate the Right
vertical line. All three vertical beams are now on. Press again to switch all
beams off
- Plumb spot beam. Press to activate the plumb spot
Note!
- Activating both Vertical and horizontal beams will create a cross line effect,
ideal for setting square.
- Every line is at 90 degrees in respect of each other for perfect squaring on
horizontal, vertical and plumb.
- The unit is self-levelling up to +/- 3,5 degrees off level. If the surface is off-
level by more than this the laser lines will flash repeatedly. In this case, move the
unit to a more level surface and begin working again.
4] To work with the 360 degree protractor ring [7]
- Direct one vertical line to your reference point.
- Turn the protractor ring [7] so that '0' degrees is directly above the Zero
point mark
- With the unit still in place, turn the head by hand to the desired angle setting
- Fine tune the angle by turning the fine adjustment screws [6]. The original
vertical beam is now at the desired angle from the reference point.
5] After use, the unit is switched off by turning knob [1] to lock down the compensa-
tor mechanism

Le système de compensation opéré par amortissement magnétique permet un ali-
gnement fiable et rapide.
Système automatique de mise à niveau : les faisceaux clignotent dès que l'appa-
reil est hors plage de nivellement (+/- 3,5°).
4. MODE OPERATOIRE
2] Pour débloquer le compensateur, tourner le bouton dans le sens inverse des aiguil-
les d'un montre [1]
3] Pour activer les faisceaux visibles, presser les boutons 2,3,4 comme suit:
-HL - Ligne horizontale. Presser d'abord 1 fois pour activer la ligne horizontale
gauche; presser à nouveau le bouton pour activer la ligne horizontale droite. Les 2
faisceaux sont alors activés.
Pour les éteindre, presser une 3ème fois le bouton.
-VL - Lignes verticales. Presser d'abord une fois pour activer la ligne vertical gau-
che; presser à nouveau pour activer la ligne verticale centrale; presser une 3ème
fois pour activer la ligne verticale droite. Les trois lignes sont alors activées.
Pour les éteindre, presser à nouveau le bouton.
-Point d'aplomb - Presser le bouton pour activer le point d'aplomb vertical
haut/bas.
- Activer simultanément les lignes verticales et horizontales génère une croix idéale
pour l'équerrage.
- Chaque ligne est à 90° des autres pour un équerrage parfait.
- L'appareil est automatiquement mis à niveau avec une plage de nivellement de
+/- 3,5°. Hors de plage de nivellement, les faisceaux clignotent. Dans ce cas,
remettre l'appareil à niveau pour reprendre le repère.
4] Pour travailler à 360° avec l'embase graduée [7]:
- Emettre une ligne verticale sur votre point de référence.
- Tourner la vis "protector ring" [7] et ainsi le point de référence deviendra le point zéro.
- Une fois mis à niveau, tourner manuellement la tête de l'appareil pour le mettre-
sur l'angle gradué désiré.
- Pou règler l'angle, tourner la vis de réglage fin [6]. Le point d'aplomb vertical est
alors à l'angle désiré en accord avec le point de référence.
5] Après utilisation, l'appareil est arrêté en tournant le bouton de blocage du compen-
sateur.
