Refrigerating food
Notes and energy-saving tips
• Only store strong alcohol standing upright
and tightly closed.
• Allow hot food to cool before placing it in
the fridge.
• Do not cover the fridge or the shelves
with aluminium foil, wax paper or kitchen
paper. This can hamper the circulation of
the cold air and lower the efficiency of the
appliance.
• The temperatures within the appliance
and therefore its energy consumption
may increase if the doors are opened
frequently or for long periods. Therefore
store the food so that you don't need to
search for a long time. Label containers
where necessary.
• Always ensure that the fridge does not
exceed or fall below the prescribed am-
bient temperature (see "climate class" in
the product fiche at the end of this user
manual).
