1 - MAINTENANCE LED

The tool is fitted with a maintenance LED that lights as soon as the tool has performed a pro-
grammed number of cycles. This means that it is time to perform maintenance operation. The
number of cycles is set to 500,000.
This alarm does not stop the tool, the operator can go on working, but he/she is to inform the main-
tenance department.
However, you are advised to perform the following operations:

When the maintenance operation is done, the CVIPFlex software, available in option, offers the possibility to reset
the counter. The maintenance LED then goes off.

2 - TORQUE TRANSDUCER CALIBRATION

The torque calibration is performed using the tool itself, in the Advanced Programming mode (see "PROGRAMMING",
page 10).

3 - ERRORS

In case of tool faulty operation, error codes are displayed. For further information, see "ERROR TABLE", page 19.
