If the transcription type transport encryption is enabled, the entire outgoing data stream
is encrypted. When using Password encryption, however, only the passwords of user
accounts are encrypted in XML requests.
NOTE: In XML requests, passwords can either be encrypted (recommended) or in
plain text when sent to the device.
A subset of the W3C standard
