EXERCISE BIKE BEST-220
CALORIES:
Select this function by pressing the button continuously until the pointer is on the CALORIES position. The screen
displays the calories consumed during exercise.
ODOMETER:
Select this function by pressing the button continuously until the pointer is on the ODOMETER position. The total
accumulated distance will be shown on the screen.
PULSE:
Select this function by pressing the button continuously until the pointer is on the PULSE position. User's current
heart rate will be displayed in real time.
RESET:
The unit can be reset (to 0 values) by either changing battery or pressing the MODE key for 3 seconds.
BATTERY:
If improper display on monitor, please reinstall the batteries to have a good
result.

TENSION ADJUSTMENT
The resistance can be adjusted by turning the tension control knob. To
increase the resistance, turn the tension control knob in a counterclockwise
direction. To decrease the resistance, turn the tension control knob in a
clockwise direction.
WORKOUT
Users with lack of practice should start workout at low resistance, without forcing their bodies and taking breaks as
needed. Gradually increase the frequency and duration of sessions. Ventilate well the room where you are doing your
workout.
