Automatic white balance for the colour temperature range 2500 – 9500 K
Automatic white balance for the colour temperature range 2300 – 10 800 K
Semi-automatic white balance: In the environment of application, hold a white
object (e. g. a sheet of paper) in front of the camera and press the control lever.
The camera performs a white balance.
LOW, MIDDLE, HIGH – manual white balance, selection of the colour temperature
0 ... 10 ... 20 = correction value red for manual white balance
0 ... 10 ... 20 = correction value blue for manual white balance
AUTO (= automatic switch colour
B / W by means of image brightness, IR LEDs
always off), COLOR (= colour operation, IR LEDs always off), B&W (= B / W oper -
ation, IR LEDs always on), EXTERN (= automatic switch colour
of brightness sensor, IR LEDs on for B / W)
0 ... 20 – compensates overexposure of close objects by infrared LEDs
LOW
6
, HIGH – logic level for MODE = EXTERN
0 ... 10 ... 20 = threshold value for automatic switch
0 ... 10 ... 20 = hysteresis for automatic switch
LOW, MIDDLE, HIGH – delay for automatic switch
HLC/BLC/WDR deactivated
HLC (highlight compensation) = reverse brightest zones to black
BLC (backlight compensation) = backlight compensation to brighten up objects in
front of a bright background (e. g. window)
WDR (wide dynamic range) = extended dynamic range for reproducing significant
differences in contrast
0 ... 10 ... 20 = threshold value for reversing brightest zones to black
ALL DAY (= always), NIGHT ONLY (= only for B / W operation)
0 ... 6 ... 20 = horizontal position of the zone to be brightened up
0 ... 4 ... 20 = vertical position of the zone to be brightened up
0 ... 5 ... 20 = width of the zone to be brightened up
0 ... 3 ... 20 = height of the zone to be brightened up
LOW, MIDDLE, HIGH – brightness control range for WDR

appears; the defective sensor pixels are identified and the image is corrected auto-
matically.
Balance to correct brightness decrease at image edges: Direct the camera to an
area with consistent brightness and press the lever.
(Correction will be effective when IMAGE\SHADING = ON)
