4. The 'ON/OFF' button (1d) flashes green.
5. When connecting for the first time, press the
reset button (2g) on the battery box (2).
Note: the reset button (2g) need only be
pressed once, or when you would like to connect
the battery box (2) to another remote control.
6. The control light (2h) of the battery box (2)
and the 'ON/OFF' button (1d) on the remote
control (1) light up permanently. The wireless
connection has been established.
Note: if the control light (2h) or the 'ON/OFF'
button (1d) are flashing red, the batteries are
almost flat and must be replaced. You can find
further information in the section 'Replacing the
batteries'.
Ending the wireless
connection
1. Press the 'ON/OFF' button (1d) to turn off the
remote control (1).
2. Set the sliding switch (2f) on the battery box
(2) to 'OFF'.
Making the train drive
forwards
1. Turn the remote control (1) and the battery
box (2) on. You can find further information in
the section 'Establishing a wireless connec-
tion'.
2. Press the plus button (1e) and the train drives
forwards.
3. Press it again to accelerate the train.
Note: pressing the plus button (1e) again caus-
es the train to drive faster, and the LED display
(1h) lights up from left to right.
1. Press the minus button (1g) to reduce the
speed.
2. The LED display (1h) lights up from right to
left depending on the reduction of the train's
speed.
Alternatively, you can stop the train immediately
without having to press the minus button (1g):
3. To stop the train immediately, press the button
(1f). The train stops.

Making the train drive
backwards
You can make the train drive backwards while
in operation or right after turning on the battery
box (2) and the remote control (1).
1. Turn the remote control (1) and the battery
box (2) on. You can find further information in
the section 'Establishing a wireless connec-
tion'.
2. Press the minus button (1g) and the train
drives backwards.
3. Press it again to accelerate the train.
Note: each time the minus button (1g) is
pressed, the train accelerates and the LED dis-
play (1h) lights up from right to left.
1. Press the plus button (1e) to reduce the speed.
The LED display (1h) lights up from left to
right depending on the reduction of the train's
speed.
Alternatively, you can stop the train immediately
without having to press the plus button (1e):
2. To stop the train immediately, press the button
(1f). The train stops.

Storage, cleaning

When not in use, always store the product dry,
clean, without batteries and at room tempera-
ture. Wipe clean with a dry cloth only.
IMPORTANT! Never clean the product with
harsh cleaning agents.
Disposal
In the interest of protecting the environ-
ment, do not throw your product into the
household waste once you are finished
with it, but rather take it to a specialty
disposal facility. Find out about collection sites
and their hours of operation from your local
authority.
Defective or used batteries must be recycled
pursuant to Directive 2006/66/EC and changes
to it. Return batteries and/or the product via the
collecting sites provided. Packaging materials,
such as plastic bags, must be kept away from
children. Keep the packaging materials out of
reach of children.
