5.5 Cleaning and mainte-

Maintenance work that is not listed in
Chapters 5.2 - 5.3 may only be carried out
by the ROWI Service Center (see Chap-
ter 6). In the case of maintenance work
within the fi rst 24 months that has not
been carried out by persons or compa-
nies authorised by ROWI, all warranty
claims shall become null and void.

6. Warranty

6.1 Scope

ROWI grants the owner of this product a
warranty of 24 months from the date of
purchase. Material or production defects
shall be rectified free of charge by the
ROWI Service Center within this period.
Defects that are not due to material or
production faults are excluded from the
warranty, e.g.

Moreover, we cannot accept any
warranty for appliances whose serial
number is falsified, altered or removed.
A warranty claim shall also expire if parts
are integrated in the appliance, which are
not approved by ROWI Vertrieb GmbH.
Claims extending beyond the free fault
rectification, e.g. damage compensation
claims, are not covered by the scope of
the warranty.

6.2 Processing

If problems occur during operation of
your ROWI product, please proceed as
follows:
