9. What if there are problems?

Problem
The device does not
switch on.
The device no longer
gets hot enough.
Device outputs 3
acoustic signals/the
device status LED (6)
flashes – even after
switching the device
OFF and ON again.
Application cannot be
started, even though
the ON/OFF switch (2)
is set to ON.
Possible cause
The ON/OFF switch
(2) is in the OFF
position.
The batteries are flat. Replace both batteries
The battery level is
too low.
Battery level is too
low, meaning that
the device may no
longer be able to be
operated.
The device has
switched off
automatically, as
the activation button
(5) was accidentally
pressed for longer
than 2 seconds.

Solution
Slide the ON/OFF
switch (2) into the ON
position.
