External potential conductor

To discharge an electrical potential difference between the floodlight and
supporting element (beam, wall or similar), a connecting option is provided for a
potential equalisation conductor green/yellow. The cross-section of the connected
line must correspond at least to the cross-section of the phase conductor of the
connecting line. Conductors with cross-sections of up to 6 mm
to the clamping point.

Harness installation

This floodlight is provided with two threaded cable glands and a sufficient number
of clamping points for a through-wiring. Installation in a harness is therefore
possible. Heat forms in the connection socket as a result of the introduced lines
and contact resistances. The introduced connecting lines may only be subject to
limited loads so that the maximum permissible temperature in the connection
socket is not exceeded. The values can be seen in the table. National regulations
and the technical data of the connecting line used must be complied with.
