Operation
The input voltage must be fault-free within the indicated tolerances for fault-free
power supply operation. To prevent parasitic induction, no other consumers may
be connected to the power supply line for the floodlight and operated. We also
recommend 3-phase operation.
The floodlight in particular heat sinks and lamp covers, must always be kept
clean.
Corresponding to the applicable standards, a non-resettable safety cut-out must
be used to prevent the maximum permissible surface temperature from being
exceeded in the event of a fault. To prevent impermissible heating, e.g. due to
the direct sunlight, a two-stage temperature control is provided, which reduces
the output upon reaching fixed defined temperatures. The switching values were
specified in respect to an optimum service life of the LED. The output is
increased again if the temperature drops.
