How to set/vary & store a program
All 500 program sites available were pre-programmed at works. However, you may
vary these pre-programmed program sites. You may adjust the polarity, reception
frequency, audio mode, and audio frequency. If a "Multifeed satellite system" with a
DiSEqC switch is used the setting of this DiSEqC signal needs to be taken into
account as well. To make a setting correctly, we recommend that you make available
the required data before. The actual data can be learnt from the relevant technical
journals.
Settings can be made only via the remote control unit.
If the values require setting press the SET key (16) as many times until that value
appears which is to be varied. Vary this value as desired and press the MEM-Taste
(11) afterwards to store the display. After storage, the set will change back to dis-
playing the program site. If the change is not to be stored press the SET key (16) as
many times until the program site number is displayed again. The settings will then
not be stored and get lost during a program change.

Activate and disactivate the DiSEqC function

If you use an installation having DiSEqC equipment the DiSEqC function of the
receiver may be activated in this case. DiSEqC Multifeed systems are employ-
ed to receive several satellites simultaneously, e.g. Astra and Eutelsat. The res-
pective DiSEqC allows to choose between the two satellites.
Press the D/ON key (12) once, which causes a small dot to appear on the left-hand
side in the display of the set. The DiSEqC signal has been activated. A description is
made below on how to set the correct DiSEqC signal. If the DiSEqC signal is to be
disactivated press the D/ON key (12) once more. The small dot in the display will dis-
appear again. Turn the receiver on and off, after which the DiSEqC signal is disac-
tivated.
