Block a vacant program
1. Press the numeric keys (17) to select the program which is to be blocked.
2. Press the P/L-Taste (18), which causes "- - - -" to appear in the display.
3. Press the + key (15), which causes an "L" (Blocked) to appear in front of the pro-
gram number in the display. The program site is blocked now. No sound can be
heard and no image can be seen, there is only a flicker. This program cannot be
changed any more now, even in the setting mode (SET).

Unblock a program

1. Press the numeric keys (17) to select the program which is to be unblocked.
2. Press the P/L-Taste (18), which causes "- - - -" to appear in the display.
3. Start inputting the code number "1269" via the numeric keys (17) within the next 2
seconds. One dash will be deleted in the display for each digit which is input. The
programs are temporarily unblocked after the code is input, i.e. the programs are
enabled as long as the receiver is not turned off. The program site will not be
blocked again until the receiver is turned on and off.
If the input is not started in time or a wrong code is input press the P/L key (18)
anew.
4. To enable a program permanently carry out the steps 1 – 3 and, then, press the
P/L key (18) anew.
5. Subsequently, press the "-" key (15). This causes the "L" preceding the site num-
ber in the display to disappear. The program is permanently unblocked now. Both
the image and sound can be received again.
Each program site which once was blocked and is to be permanently
unblocked again requires to be unblocked individually. It is impossible to
unblock all program sites at a time.

Block the setting functions

Press the P/L-Taste (18), which causes "- - - -" to appear in the display.
Start inputting the code number "7787" via the numeric keys (17) within the next 2
seconds. One dash will be deleted in the display for each digit which is input. The set
will show the program site number, but with a point behind this number, e.g. "124.".
It is impossible now to get into the setting menu without inputting the code before.

Unblock the setting functions

Press the P/L-Taste (18), which causes "- - - -" to appear in the display.
Start inputting the code number "7787" via the numeric keys (17) within the next 2
seconds. One dash will be deleted in the display for each digit which is input. The set
will show the program site number without the point behind the number, e.g. "124".
The setting menu may now be called again.
