5.2. The LED code
Generally, a blinking light/LED shows a fault. Please remember and recognize this error
code according to the table below. If you did not read the code right at once, do not
worry. The blinking sequence will endlessly repeat after a short pause (this also means
that you must switch off the Caddy manually in a fault situation!). You only have to
recognize the color and the number of flashes per sequence. In most cases faults are the
result of mishandling. Resolve all issues which may have caused the specific error. Try
resuming normal operation by cycling the power to the Caddy, i.e. turn it OFF, then ON
again. Should the blinking persist through this process, or should it occur repeatedly
without obvious reason, contact your contract dealer. Record all failures and
circumstances that led to this problem.

The operating voltage of the electronics was too high. The
Caddy normally protects itself against this.
The battery power is too low. Recharge the battery.
Check whether the rechargeable battery pack is pushed
completely into the battery compartment.
Carefully clean each battery contact using a nonconductive
brush. Never use any kind of metal tool. The contacts in the
Caddy can deliver high power even after removing the
battery, as the electronics is equipped with large capacitors.
The maximum temperature in the interior of the Caddy is
exceeded. Turn off the Caddy and wait until the Caddy has
cooled.
System calibration error. Contact your authorized contract
dealer.
The sensor signal is outside of the allowable limits. Possibly
result of a strong power applied on the sensor handle, or
there is an internal problem with the cable.
Motor fault. Please contact your authorized contract dealer.
Internal error, the Caddy electronics is not working
properly. Please contact your authorized contract dealer.
