The food dicer is only suitable for chopping
food with firm consistency. Soft food and fresh
herbs should not be chopped with the food
dicer.
3. For chopping food, press down the tappet (1)
several times. By doing this, turn the tappet
simultaneously in order to evenly dice the food.
The more you push down and turn the tappet,
the finer the food will be chopped.
Extracting Juice
With the juice extractor (6) you can squeeze
grapefruits, oranges, lemons, limes and tangerines.
Cut the fruits into two equal halves. Place one of
the halves of the fruit over the juicer cone and
extract the juice by evenly turning the fruit forth and
back.
Separating Eggs
For separating eggs place the egg separator (7) on
the measuring cup.
Lightly move the egg separator forth and back until
the egg yolk is separated from the egg-white.
Using the Grater
When grating food always use the food holder (8)
in order to avoid injuries.
Press down the food holder
with the spiky site into the food,
so the spiky pins can firmly
hold the food.
Do not use too much pressure
when using the grater. Never
touch the grater (9) with your
hands.
