Before the First Use

Before the first use, familiarise yourself with the unit. Read the safety
notes and use the unit only according to this manual.
Remove all packaging from the unit and the accessories. Do not leave
packaging materials lying around; plastic bags may become a deadly toy
for small children.
Before first use, clean all parts thoroughly.
Hints

Before processing food like meat, remove all hard parts such as sin-
ews, gristle and bones. Do not chop extremely hard food, such as
nutmeg and grains because the blade can become blunt. The chopper
is not suitable for processing peppercorns or ice cubes.

Cut cheese, raw fruit or vegetables into 1 cm big cubes.

Do not fill liquids into the container.

The quadruple blade is suitable for chopping and mixing food
(e. g. onions, vegetables, herbs, nuts, spices, pesto and
sauces).

The dicing blade is suitable for grinding solid food (e.g. coffee
beans, icing sugar, nuts, etc.).

Use the chopper for smaller quantities, never more than max. 200 ml
in order to obtain better results or to avoid splashing. Observe the


Do not use the device when it is empty.

To avoid overheating, do not operate the device continuously longer
than 30 seconds. After max. operation of 30 seconds, allow the unit to
cool down for 1 minute.

Start-Up

1. Place the motor unit on a flat surface.
2. Either place the container with the quadruple blade or the dicing blade
on the motor unit. Turn the container clockwise in order to lock the
container in place.
3. Fill the container with the food to be processed.
