Read this manual carefully and completely before installing this garden lighting: it
contains important information on installation, use, maintenance and safety.
If you have any doubts or do not understand the manual, please contact a
recognised electrician or your supplier!

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

 Ensure that the power supply is switched off when you install the light or execute
maintenance! Never do this in damp or wet weather.
 Your garden light must be connected to an earthed electricity installation that is
installed in accordance with the national regulations, minimum 16 Ampere, and is
fitted with a fuse and an earth leakage switch (nominal current ≤30 mA).
 Switch the current off before touching your garden light.
 Do not use the light when the safety glass is damaged or broken. The safety
glass is especially hardened – ask you electrician / supplier to replace it with an
original replacement!
 Ensure that electrical connections are always dry.
 Protect the electricity cable (and also the plug) against heat, oil, corrosive
substances and sharp edges.
 Do not switch the light on if you see that the device, electrical cable or plug are
damaged, or if it is functioning intermittently, has fallen or displays any other type
of fault. Take the complete device to your supplier or a recognised electrician for
inspection and repairs. Always ask for original parts. The device (including
electricity cable and plug) may only be opened and/or repaired by appropriately
authorised and qualified persons.
 Use the garden lighting exclusively for the purpose for which it was designed and
in the manner described in this manual. Use other than this may damage the
product or other objects, cause personal injury, short circuits, fire, electric shocks,
etc. The manufacturer, importer and supplier do not accept any liability if the light
is not handled in accordance with the instructions in this manual.
