Warranty

The following are excluded from the warranty: all defects caused by improper handling,
damage or unauthorised attempts at repair. This also applies to normal wear and tear.
Please Note
• Even repairs carried out by specialist workshops are excluded from the warranty. In
the event of a complaint, always contact the customer service department fi rst!
• Many parts are subject to wear and tear. If the scooter is not maintained properly and
regularly, this can result in consequential damage and the warranty may be forfeited.
Service Packaging
If the fault cannot be rectifi ed by troubleshooting, please contact the customer service
department (Tel.: +49 38851 314650*). If the product needs to be returned, this must be
done in the service packaging!
*) Calls to German landlines are subject to charges. The cost varies depending on the service
provider.

Troubleshooting

If the product does not work properly, check whether you are able to rectify the problem
yourself.
Do not attempt to repair a defective electrical product yourself!

Possible cause / solution
• The fi rst charge of the battery takes approx. 10 hours.
• Battery pack connected to the mains adapter correctly?
• Is the mains plug inserted as far as it will go in the plug
socket?
• Plug socket defective? Try another plug socket and check
the fuse of the mains connection.
• Mains cable damaged?
• Battery too old or defective? Have the battery replaced
(contact the customer service department).
• Damaged mains adapter? Replace the mains adapter
(contact the customer service department).
• Tyre pressure too low? Check the tyre pressure.
• Heavy strain placed on the scooter from steep inclines,
headwind or load?
• Ambient temperature too low (< 0 °C)?
• Battery old or defective? Have the battery replaced
(contact the customer service department).
