Taring function (also automatic):
Please install the balance in the right place the right way.
The weight of any container can be tared by pressing a button so that with subsequent weighing the net
weight of the object being weighed is always displayed:
Place the empty tare container on the balance. The total weight of the tare container is displayed.
Press "tare" key to start the taring process.
Place the full tare container on the balance.
You can now read the weight from the display.
Press "tare" again to stop the taring process.
Automatic taring process:
* Press "tare" key and "on/off" key simultaneously ("F1" appears on the display).
* Press 4 x "mode" key, "F9" appears.
* Press "mode" key to confirm, "Tr_on" means that the taring is done automaticly, Tr_off means that the
taring process is done normally.
* Choose the right option and press "tare" key again.
* You now can turn the balance off and on again.
Put the weight on the balance very carefully. Don't shake the balance. This can harm the loadcell.
Remove the weight from the balance if you are done weighing.
Automatic switch off, yes or no:
Automatic switch off (after 4 minutes):
Turn off the balance.
Hold down the "tare" key and press "on/zero" key (the display shows F1).
Press "tare" key until F4 appears.
Press "mode" key (display shows 0 OFF till 30 OFF).
0 OFF: means no automatic switch off.
4 OFF: means automatic switch off after not being used for 4 minutes.
10 OFF: means automatic switch off after not being used for 4 minutes.
20 OFF: means automatic switch off after not being used for 20 minutes.
30 OFF: means automatic switch off after not being used for 30 minutes.
Select the desired means of switching off and press "tare".
The setting is stored now.
