10. Remote control of the DigiHeat 8
The DigiHeat can be controlled remotely. Two
floating contacts on the rear of the DigiHeat are used
for various types of remote control. The unit can be
controlled remotely from GSM systems, bus systems,
central operating control systems or, in principle,
anything that can activate a floating contact.

11. Room thermostat (P1=1)
Using the temperature sensor in the DigiHeat 8 to
control the room temperature in a zone may be
beneficial if the room has additional heating.
Additional heating may be from a woodburning stove,
fireplace, sunshine, etc. A typical example is a living
room with a woodburning stove or a fireplace. In
rooms without additional heating, the best comfort is
often achieved by using the temperature sensor in
the heater.
