• Press buttons (C) or (D) to adjust coff ee temperature ( ± 3C).
• Press button (C) or (D) to select the desired value.
• Press the button (O3) "OK" to confi rm.
NB: When dispensing soluble beverages, it is advisable to do a short rinse as indi-
cated below.
• Raise the lever (P) to open the capsule compartment (Fig.5).
• Insert a "cleaning" capsule supplied (Fig.6).
• Close the lever (P) fully (Fig.7).
• Place a large container (at least 250 ml) under the coff ee dispenser (Fig.11).
• Press the button (A). Wait for the machine to fi nish dispensing. Empty the container.
• Raise the lever (P) to eject the "cleaning" capsule (Fig.5). Close the lever (P) (Fig.7).
• Pull out the used capsule drawer and remove the "cleaning" capsule (Fig.11).
Reinsert the drawer.
NB: The "cleaning" capsule can be used several times while it is still intact. In case
of loss or depletion of the "cleaning" capsule supplied, an old capsule can be used
after emptying it.
A new "cleaning" capsule can be purchased at Caffi taly shops.
NB: It is advisable to carry out this operation every day. Use the special tool sup-
plied (brush).
• Remove the front cover of the coff ee dispenser by opening the 4 tabs at the sides
(Fig.14).
• Remove the coff ee dispenser inner body (Fig.15).
• Disassemble the coff ee dispenser body (Fig.16).
• Bend the brush and slide it inside the hole in the top cover of the coff ee dispenser
(Fig.17), until any residues have been removed.
• Bend the brush and slide it inside the hole in the coff ee dispenser body (Fig.18), until any
residues have been removed.
• Bend the brush (where necessary, see fi gure), and slide it inside the coff ee dispenser
outlet hole (Fig.19), until any residues have been removed.
• Reassemble and replace the coff ee dispenser unit on the machine (Fig.20).
