APPLYING DECALS
DECAL APPLICATION
®Cut off decal from sheet.
@Dip the decal in tepid water for about 10
sec. and place on a clean cloth.
©Hold the backing sheet edge and slide
decal onto the model.
®Move decal into position by wetting
decal with finger.
©Press decal down gently with a soft cloth
until excess water and air bubbles are gone.

©Abziehbild vom Blatt ausschneiden.
@Das Abziehbild ungefahr 10 Sek. in
lauwarmes Wasser tauchen, dann auf
sauberen Stoff legen.
©Die Kante der Unterlage halten und das
Abziehbild auf das Modell schieben.
®Das Abziehbild an die richtige Stelle
schieben und dabei mit dem Finger das
Abziehbild naBmachen.
©Das Abziehbild leicht mit einem weichen
Tuch
andrucken,
bis
uberschussiges
Wasser und Luftblasen entfernt sind.

(DDecoupez la decalcomanie de sa feuille.
(DPIongez la decalcomanie dans de I'eau
tiede pendant 10 secondes environ et
poser sur un linge propre.
©Retenez la feuille de protection par le
cote et glissez la decalcomanie sur le
modele reduit.
®Placez la decalcomanie a I'endroit voulu
en la mouillant avec un de vos doigts.
©Pressez doucement la decalcomanie
avec un tissu doux jusqu'a ce que I'eau en
exces et les bulles aient disparu.
PAINTING
Painting the Porsche 956
The 1984 24hr Le Mans Kenwood sponsored
Porsche 956 sported an all blue monotone
livery with various markings, including those
on the windshield and rear wing, and the
Kenwood logos written in white. The 956
featured mesh wheels with the front wheels
sporting aerodynamic covers. Please refer
to the instruction manual for applying
sponsor markings. Painting of details is
called out during construction and should be
done at that time.
Lackierung des Porsche 956
Der 1984 fur die 24Std von Le Mans von
Kenwood gesponserte Porsche 956 trug ei-
nen einfarbigen Anstrich ganz in Blau mit
verschiedenen Markierungen, auch auf der
Windschutzscheibe und am Heckfliigel, da-
zu weiBe Kenwood-Logos. Der 956 hatte

Gitterfelgen und aerodynamische Abde-
ckungen an den Vorderradern. Zum Anbrin-
gen der Sponsoren-Markierungen beachten
Sie bitte die Bauanleitung. Die Detailbema-
lung ist beim Zusammenbau beschrieben
und sollte dort vorgenommen werden.
Decoration de la Porsche 956
La Porsche 956 sponsorisee par Kenwood
des 24 Heures du Mans 1984 etait entiere-
ment peinte en bleu avec divers marquages,
en particulier sur le pare-brise et I'aileron ar-
riere, et de grands logos Kenwood blancs.
La 956 avail des jantes a rayons, avec des
capots aerodynamiques a I'avant. Se repor-
ter au manuel de montage pour ['application
des marquages. La peinture des details doit
s'effectuer durant le montage.
