11. What if there are problems?

Problem
No sound can be
heard from the hea-
ring amplifier.
Possible causes
Hearing amplifier is not swit-
ched on.
Battery is not properly con-
nected with the hearing am-
plifier.
Battery is empty.
Microphone is dirty.
Hearing amplifier is damaged.
Solution
Switch on the hearing amplifier as
described in chapter 7.
Check whether the battery is proper-
ly connected with the hearing am-
plifier.
Replace the battery and charge the
empty battery in the storage box with
charging function, as described in
chapter 6.
Clean the microphone opening care-
fully with the cleaning brush.
