Heating the fireplace using
automatic control
Always ensure initial draught in the flue before lighting the actual
load. The fireplace operating manual includes information on the
initial draught and the standard sizes of loads of wood and pellets as
well as guidance for lighting the fire. You can also use the fireplace
controller to check whether there is any draught in the flue. Typically,
the fireplace is lit properly when the flue draught exceeds 4 Pa. The
minimum draught for products is 12 Pa when the air control lever is in
the combustion position. If the draught exceeds 25 Pa, reduce it by,
for example, using the flue damper (if installed).

Before the first heating, with the automatic fireplace control, check that:
• The controller is connected to the electric cable
• The user interface allows you to connect with the device (APP and/or LED)
• The appropriate fuel type has been selected in the user interface (APP or LED)
• The controller is not giving any notifications of warnings or error situations
• When the door is kept open for more than 10 seconds, the air control lever begins to control the air (Figure 4)
