USE
Top heat + bottom heat + fan
The combination of top heat, bottom heat and fan provides
even heating and is ideal for baking.
Bottom heat + fan
The bottom element heats the dish and the heat is distributed
by the fan.
GentleBake
This feature allows gentle, slow, and even baking that leaves
the food soft and juicy. It is suitable for roasting meat,
cooking fish, and baking pastry on a single rack.
Defrosting
The air circulates with no heaters activated. Only the fan will
be activated. This is used to slowly thaw frozen food.
Aqua Clean
The hot steam dampens the interior of the oven, so you can
clean the oven easily. The Aqua Clean programme takes just
30 minutes.
EN 10
Each oven function has a number of basic or standard settings that you
can adjust.
You adjust the settings by pressing the relevant button (before pressing
the 'start/stop' button). Certain settings are not available for all
programs; if this is the case you will be alerted by a sound signal.
Adjusting the cooking temperature
• Turn the 'oven function dial' to the desired oven function.
• Set the oven to the desired temperature using the 'temperature dial'.
