PROBLEM
Vacuum cleaner
will not power
on.
Battery charging
indicator does
not illuminate.
Battery

when using the
vacuum.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Battery may be depleted.
Wrong charger being used.
The motorised brush roll is jammed.
Handheld vacuum or battery is
damaged.
Charging adapter is not plugged in.
Dust accumulated on the charging
port of the handheld vacuum.
Power supply is not switched on
The battery is damaged.
The battery indicator is damaged.
Battery may be depleted.
The battery indicator is damaged.
Brush roll is jammed.
Brush roll is not installed correctly.
Debris accumulates on metal
contacts connecting the dust bin
and the main body of the handheld
vacuum.
The handheld vacuum and the wand
are not connected into place.
Floor head motor and brush roll both

The motor is spinning, but the brush
roll is not rotating.
Charge the battery as instructed on
page 8.
Be sure to use only the charger
supplied with your product.
Remove obstruction. Follow instructions
on page 10.

Be sure the charging adapter is plugged
in properly to the socket and and the
charging connector is plugged into the
charging port of the handheld vacuum.
Clean off any dust accumulated on the
charging port of the handheld vacuum.
Ensure the power supply is active.

Remove brush roll and reinstall

are properly made. Re-start the unit. If
the floor head motor and brush roll are
still not turning, the nozzle motor may
be damaged. Contact the customer
helpline.
