Problem
Unsatisfactory washing
results.

Emergency door opening
If you need to open the door, e.g. in the event of a malfunction, disconnect the washing machine from the
socket and wait for the drum to stop. Then pull the emergency washing machine rod located at the bottom
right of the washing machine. You will hear a slight click, then the door can be opened. Before opening, make
sure the water temperature is below 60°C.

Possible cause
Your laundry was too soiled for the
selected program.
Insuffi cient amount of detergent.
Load size exceeds the maximum
capacity of your washing machine.
The water may be too hard.
Uneven distribution of the laundry
in the washing machine.
The end of the drain hose is too
low.
This is not a malfunction. The water
is in the bottom part of the drum.
Undissolved powder residues in the
form of white dots may appear on
the clothing.
These stains may be caused by oil,
cream or ointment.
This is not a malfunction. The
control system of even distribution
of laundry was activated.
The water temperature is too high.
There was power outage.
With a new washing machine, smell
of rubber sealing may be smelt
after heating during operation.
Troubleshooting
Select suitable program (see Program
table).
Use more laundry detergent.
Do not exceed the maximum load
capacity of your washing machine.
Dispense the detergent in accordance
with the recommendation of the
detergent manufacturer.
Distribute the laundry in the washing
machine evenly.
Place the drain hose in correct height
(**).
Rinse the laundry again using the
"Rinse" or after drying the laundry,
clean the spots from clothing using
a brush.
The next time you wash, use the
maximum amount of detergent
recommended by the detergent
manufacturer.
The control system tries to achieve
a more even distribution of laundry.
The spin starts after rearranging the
laundry. The next time you wash, load
the laundry evenly.
Wait until the water cools down.
Check the power status.
This is not a malfunction.
