Avoid blocking the vent holes with your
hand, as this may cause the grinder to
overheat. Allow the disc to reach full speed.
Apply the disc to the workpiece. Maximum
eff ect is achieved when the disc is held at an
angle of 15-30° in relation to the workpiece.
When cutting, keep the angle grinder
perpendicular to the workpiece.
Move the grinder gently along the
workpiece. Give the grinder time to work. It is
rarely necessary to press the disc against the
surface to be worked.
Turn the angle grinder off with the on/off
button once you are done working.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Clean the angle grinder with a slightly damp
cloth after use and always keep its surfaces
and vent holes clean.
Never use corrosive or abrasive detergents,
as they may attack the plastic parts of the
machine.
