Dismount the top and place two pieces of foam
diagonally from the center, on the inside of the lid
of your pool cleaner (Figure 15).
If your swimming pool cleaner still has too little
buoyancy after this step, then please also apply
solution 2.

Instructions for sticking the foam pieces:
1. Remove the paper on the back of the foam.
2. Please note the different lengths of the foam pieces.
3. Press the foam piece from the inside (A) outwards (B) to fi nish the pro-
cess properly.

Service
Please do not send the equipment to us without authorisation, but
please contact our service centre initially! If the equipment has to be
collected, it must be packed securely and the invoice (copy) must the
enclosed. As soon as the unit reaches us, it will be checked for faults by
our claims department, and repaired. On conclusion of this work, your
equipment will be returned to you as quickly as possible. If this return
is not covered by the guarantee, the costs incurred will be calculat-
ed. Guarantee processing / guarantees are handled by the company
Steinbach VertriebsgmbH. The item will be repaired by the company
Steinbach VertriebsgmbH, however where no right of return exists it will
not be taken back.
Cleaning
Use conventional cleaning products. Do not use solvent-based or
abrasive cleaning agents/tools, i.e. no hard sponges, brushes etc.. The
cleaning robot is also suitable for basins with salt electrolysis if the salt
content does NOT exceed 0.5%! It is important to note that the robot is
rinsed with fresh water from the inside and outside after each cleaning
process in order to avoid damage to the unit!
Storage
The product must be thoroughly dried after cleaning. When the product is
not being used, store it in a well ventilated place out of direct sunlight. Avoid
direct sunlight. Make sure the room temperature is above 5°C in winter.
Disposal
Disposing of packaging: The packaging material has been selected
in view of environmental concerns and disposability and is therefore
recyclable. The paper and cardboard can be recycled, as can the plastic
coverings.
Disposing of the product: Applicable in the European Union and other
European states with systems in place for collecting and sorting recycla-
ble materials. Dispose of the product in accordance with any laws and
regulations applicable at your place of residence.
Old devices must not be placed in the household waste! Should the
robot become unusable, each customer is legally obligated to separa-
te old devices from the household waste, e.g. take the device to your
community/ area collection point. It is therefore ensured that old devices
are professionally recycled and negative effects on the environments
are mitigated. For this reason, electrical devices are marked with the
symbol depicted here.
Warranty conditions
The respective country's legal provisions for warranty conditions shall
apply accordingly.

The EU declaration of conformity can be requested via the address
shown at the end of this manual.
