Grilling
Use of grill
Place the grill rack on the glass rotating plate. Use suitable heat-resis-
tant tableware or directly put the food onto the grill.
Proceed as follows for roasting and scalloping:
1. Press the
button until "G - 1" appears on the display. After
pressing once, you can also use the knob.
2. Press the
button to confirm your settings.
3. Use the turning knob to set the desired roasting time between
5 seconds and 95 minutes.
4. Press the
button to start.
NOTE:
After half of the time has elapsed, several signal sounds will alert you
to turn the grilled food such as meat or sausages.

Installing the pizza plate
•
Place the supplied pizza plate on the grill rack that needs to be
installed on the glass rotating plate.
•
In order to achieve a perfect result when preparing your pizza, we
recommend preheating the pizza plate for approx. 5 minutes in grill
mode.
•
For best results with deep frozen pizza, use Automatic program
"A 1".
Convection
Convection enables you to cook food as in a traditional oven. The
microwave is not active. The heating element on the fan generates heat.
We recommend preheating the oven to the correct temperature before
placing food inside.
NOTE:
The fan that blows the quartz grill heat into the cooking compartment
switches on and off at intervals. This efficient function allows for very
quick preheating.
Convection mode with pre-heating
1. Press the
button repeatedly to select a temperature between
100°C and 190°C. You can also use the knob after pressing once.
2. Press the
button to confirm your settings.
3. Press the
button a second time to start pre-heating.
NOTE:
•
For each settable temperature (100°, 110°, 120°, 130°,
140°, 150°, 160°, 170°, 180°, 190°) there is an indicator. e.g.
160°C = seventh bar.
•
During pre-heating operation this display will be flashing. The
increasing bars on the display will be indicating the pre-heat-
ing process.
•
Two signal tones will sound when the desired temperature is
reached. The pre-heating temperature will be flashing.
4. Open the door and place the food in the device.
5. Use the turning knob to set the desired cooking time between
5 seconds and 95 minutes.

Tips for combi operation
When cooking food with the combined setting of microwave-grill, you
should adhere to the following:
The cooking time for big and thick food items, such as roast pork, is
respectively longer than for small, lower food. Nevertheless, when
roasting, the opposite rule applies. The closer the food is to the
grill, the faster it will become brown. I.e., when preparing big joints
during combi operation, the roasting time is possibly shorter than for
smaller joints.
Use the auto functions to cook certain amounts of foods automatically.
Proceed as follows:
