This section answers some of the questions that may arise when using your headset.
The headset LED indicator is flashing red
The battery is almost flat and there are only a few minutes of call and standby time remaining. Charge the
headset. Charging takes up to 1.5 hours.
No voice connection between the headset and other devices
When establishing contact between two devices, i.e. pairing, make sure that both devices are positioned
within the required range (around 10 metres) of each other. Only then can communication be established
between the two devices.
Battery charge indicator is not working
If the battery is completely flat, or has not been used for a long period, it may take a few minutes for the
LED indicator to display the charging status (flashing red LED).

Care and maintenance
This headset has been developed and produced with great care and should also be handled with care. If you
follow the recommendations below you will avoid your warranty expiring prematurely and get many years of

Product care
• Use only the original Anycom accessories supplied. Other accessories may damage the product, impair
performance and breach the regulations governing RF devices. The use of other accessory types may
have dangerous consequences. It could result in injury or electric shock. It may also render your war-
ranty invalid.
• Do not attempt to open the product and repair it yourself. The manufacturer accepts no liability for any
damages thus incurred. Inappropriate use may damage the device and render the warranty invalid.
• Do not paint your product. The paint may cause the moving parts of your product to stick together and
thus prevent normal operation.
