5. INSTALLATION AND OPERATION
5.1 Installation instructions
CAUTION!
All installation, assembly and maintenance work must be performed by specialists with relevant
professional qualifications (approved by the manufacturer or seller) while observing the
applicable law in the country in which the installation is performed as well as the regulations
regarding the safety of the product and workplace.
5.1.1 Preparation for installation
•
Remove the external packaging (wooden and/or cardboard boxes) and utilize it as waste according to the
applicable law in the country in which the installation is performed.
•
Next, check the delivery for completeness (see section 4.1 "Technical data" on page 9 and "Scope of delivery
of the glass top" on page 12.
•
Take out all accessories, information materials and plastic bags from the inside of the device.
5.1.2 Assembling the glass top
1. Place one of the side glasses(7) on to the glass holders(10a) at the one side of the machine and tighten the
screws(10c) on the glass holders.
2. Place the front glass (6) on to the glass holders (10a) at the front side of the machine and tighten the screws
(10c) on the glass holders.
3. Attach the side glass to the front glass by using adhesive paper tape.
4. Place the other side glass at the other side of the machine just like step 1 and attach to the front glass just
like step 3.
5. Connect the glass connection part ( 51a) to the front glass by using glass connection screw (51b) and glass
connection nut (51c).
6. Attach lighting group (14) to the side glasses by using (51a,b,c).
7. Place the top glass(5) on to the front glass and side glasses and attach them by using adhesive paper tape.
8. Place the shelf holder screws and nuts (9a,b) to the two side glasses and place the glass shelf.
9. Place the cable tube and connect the cable to the lighting group.
