This Guarantee shall not prejudice the buyer's rights established by the Legislative decree 02/022002,
no. 24.
By this Guarantee, the manufacturer provides the Buyer, who will address directly to a Selling Point,
with the retaking of the appliance's technical conformity, in a timely, sure and undoubtedly manner
from a qualitative point of view.
This Guarantee is operational independently from the proof that the damage comes from manufacturing
vices, presented upon the purchase of the appliance, except for those provided at point "d" of this text.
a) Guarantee duration: 12 months from the purchase date.
b) Guarantee validity: In case of service request, the Guarantee is valid only if you present the Guarantee
certificate with a document, valid under fiscal effects, containing the identification data of the reseller,
of the product and the purchase date.
c) Guarantee extension: The repairing DOES NOT interrupt or modify the Guarantee duration, which
shall end on the date of its legal due date.
d) Guarantee limits:
The guarantee does not cover in any case defects coming from:
- negligence, inaptitude, imprudence or carelessness in use (non-compliance with the prescriptions
of the manual "instructions for use");
- maintenances which are not prescribed in the manual „instructions for use" or which are performed
by unauthorized personnel;
- manual interventions or other interventions in order to increase the product's power or efficiency;
- incorrect installation (supply with a different voltage from that reproduced on the data plate and
in this manual);
- inappropriate use of the appliance;
- damages caused by the normal wear of the components, hits, falls, damages caused by
transportation.
- The guarantee does not include repairing / replacement of components which are subject to
wear during the normal use of the product (blades, discs, grater's cylinders, connectors, etc.).
e) Costs: In the cases which are not covered by the Guarantee, the manufacturer reserves the right to
debit to the Client the costs referring to the appliance's repair or replacement.
f) Manufacturer's responsibility: The manufacturer shall not be held liable for the eventual damages
which may, directly or indirectly, affect people, things or domestic animals, following the non-
observance of all the prescriptions indicated in the manual „instructions for use" and referring
especially to warnings related to the appliance's installation, use and maintenance.
According to the legislative decree no. 49 of March 14th, 2014, "Fulfillment of the Directive 2012/19/EU on electric
and electronic waste (RAAE)".
• The symbol of the barred box on the appliance indicates the fact that the product, at the end of its
life, must be evacuated separately from the other waste.
• Therefore, the user must deliver the appliance reaching the end of life, to the special centers for
differentiated collection of electronic and electro-technical waste or to deliver it to the reseller
when buying a new device of equivalent type, in a one to one ratio.
• The appropriate differentiated collection for subsequent use of the old devices for recycling, treatment and
environment compatible recycling contributes in avoiding possible negative effects over the environment and
health and encourages the recycling of the materials the appliance is composed of.
• Abusive recycling of the product by the user shall result in administrative sanctions, as provided by the normative
