The access to the protected areas is reserved for qualified

- 8.c - The installed safety devices
On the appliance there are present fixed crankcases and electrical devices which ensure the safe use
of the machine itself.

The protections and safety devices on the machine MUST NOT
be removed. If you need to remove them (e.g. extraordinary
maintenance interventions) there should be immediately
adopted measures designed to highlight and reduce to the
lowest possible level the danger deriving from it.
The proper reset of the removed protection and safety device
must be done as soon as the reasons which necessitated the
temporary removal have ceased.
- At the mincing assembly the movable elements are not
protected by fixed devices as they are positioned away
from access points, which is why one cannot reach them
(they are not potential dangers).
- At the grating assembly, on the handle of the pressing
device there is a micro switch (C) which stops the spinning
of the cylinder of the grater when the pressing device is
lifted and the access is possible through the mouth of the
grater.
In the lower part of the grating assembly, in correspondence
with the output of the scraped product, there is a fixed
protection device in the shape of a grill (D), which prevents
the fingers' access to the cylinder of the grater.

of the grated product.
