Only take hold of the cutting discs

Never touch the sharp blades and

Clean the cutting discs with deter-

Clean all other parts with detergent

sponge.
Tip: When processing food such as
carrots, plastic parts may become
discoloured. Remove discolouration
with a soft cloth and a few drops of
cooking oil.
