COMPACT 1.6
• Proceed according to paragraph E.
• Vacuum in each circuit during 30 minutes and introduce 520 g of R134a.
• After verifying charge, check pressures and in case they are below 0.5 kg, while equipment is
working, clean circuits or replace obstructed component (possibly capillary tube).
• Adjust the air distribution interior panel ducts with the seal of the base of the device.
• Check pressure, at - temp. -; maximum reference pressure must be between 2.6 and 3 bars
in both circuits at an outside temperature of between 30º and 32º (always with one circuit with
slightly more pressure than the other).
• Connect or replace the communication cable.
• Take down and clean the obstructed component and replace if necessary. (1).
• Leave the recirculation input in the base of the device free.
• Clean condenser/grille.
• Replace the condenser fan.
• Check that the air is discharged to the outside, otherwise invert the connector connection.
• Correctly place joint or replace it (it is very important to properly clean the surface where joint
will be assembled).
• Clean draining pipes and place the draining valve.
• Replace electronic control or control plate.
(1) Each time it is necessary to extract or introduce gas charge out of/in circuit, it is necessary to
do it using adequate machinery and always respecting the environment. The refrigerant gas
recovery will never be accurate because part of this gas will remain inside the presure gauge
pipes.
