Operation
Winding the Watch:
- To wind the watch, unscrew the crown by turning it counter clockwise. Now you can
wind the watch (turn the crown clockwise). If you wear your watch regularly, winding is
not necessary because the watch is wound by the rotor of the automatic movement.
- After that or other adjustments, push the crown back and screw it down. Please
observe the following precautions:
1. Exert light pressure on the crown and turn it clockwise until light resistance is felt.
Do not force the crown.
2. There will still be a gap of 0.05 mm between the crown and the case of the watch.
The compressed seals will ensure the water tightness of the watch.
Setting the Date:
- To set the date, loosen the screw-down crown by turning it clockwise. Now you can
pull the crown into position 1 and set the date by turning counter clockwise.
Setting the Time:
- After setting the date, pull the crown into position 2. Now you can set hours and
minutes by turning clockwise or counter clockwise.
Maintenance & Cleaning
- Clean your watch occasionally with a soft moistened cloth. DO NOT expose the watch
to strong chemicals such as gasoline and alcohol, as they will damage your watch.
