General
● Never cover the blower or air inlet.
● Make sure the air inlet is free of lint and
hair.
● If the straightening hairdryer overheats,
for example if the air inlet is covered,
the appliance switches off the heating
element automatically.
Important: Be sure to unplug the appliance
and wait a few minutes until it has cooled
down. It can then be used as before.
● To pre-dry wet hair, select the higher
setting 2. Hold the appliance about 10 cm
away from your head.
Warning! Styling nozzle and straightening
attachment can become hot. Allow them to
cool down before detaching.

Styling nozzle

The styling nozzle is specially designed for
drying and styling sections of hair.

Use
● Put the slide switch on setting 2 (higher
airflow and temperature).
● Direct the air stream right onto the section
of hair you want to style.
● To fix the hair, switch on the Cool button
and repeat the process.

actually touch the hair.

Straightening attachment
The straightening attachment can be used
to dry and straighten the hair at the same
time. Brush your hair additionally to give it a
beautiful shine. The hair can also be styled
inwards or outwards.

As soon as the straightener has been
attached, the power of the hair dryer is
automatically restricted to achieve the best
straightening results.
Drying and straightening your hair

● Towel off your hair after washing (you
may want to pre-dry it using the hair
dryer without the attachment) and comb
it smooth. Your hair should be pre-dried,
but still damp.
● Put the slide switch on setting 1 or 2.
● Place the straightening attachment either
above or below the strand of hair, starting
near the scalp:
– for smooth hair with more volume,
place it below the strand of hair.
– for smooth hair with less volume, place
it on top of the strand of hair.
● With your free hand, hold the strand
of hair firmly at the ends and pull the
attachment along the hair towards the
ends.
● To fix the hair, press the Cool button (the
LED display glows blue) and repeat the
process as described above, this time
with cool air.
● Repeat the process on all sections of hair
until they are dry and you have achieved
the straightening result you want.
