Problem
The device does not work

Possible cause
a: The device is not correct-

b: The battery is low
c: Out of operating range

Solution
a: Make sure the device is
correctly connected and
that the Bluetooth adaptor
is plugged into your PC.
b: Recharge the battery
c: Move within operating
range
